1.
Our students
(All-Stars) are selected based on their potential, character, community service awareness, desire and the commitment needed to be successful. Our selection criteria look at the whole student not just their academic ability. The selection process of our All-Stars includes written essays, personal videos, web interviews, and interviews with each student. We also get recommendations from school counselors who know the students. Our goal year 1 is to select the best 100 students across all grade levels (incoming 6th-12th grades).
2. Our Support Team (coaches, assistant coaches)
are teachers, local volunteers, youth ministers, mentors, subject specialists, college admissions specialists, and financial planning experts. They are qualified and trained to provide the management services and guidance needed to implement the established curriculum designed for the All-Stars and their families at each grade level.
